Proposed scope (for discussion): Climate change is an issue that transportation and other related agencies will increasingly need to consider. This includes planning, policies, incentives, and the technological issues associated with mitigation, as well as those necessary for adaptation. This sub-committee will seek to examine approaches to both mitigation and adaptation, associated with all modes of transportation.
